When does Trump get to sue the mainstream media companies for the defamation they heaped on him over a period of two years during the Russia collusion hoax? What makes the misinformation and outright lies spewed by all those networks, plus cable surrogates like CNN and MSNBC any different from the things Fox reporters said about Dominion? Maybe the Fox decision will set a legal precedent.

It doesn’t matter. They are incorporated in deep blue voting areas like Atlanta and NY that hate Trump. That’s where the trials will be. Double standards apply. Not only will the Leftist juries ( who are fans of CNN and MSNBC) vote against Trump, who they hate, the Leftist judges will penalize him by making him pay all the legal fees.

Yet in this case, Democrat Bragg appealed because he lost his case before this New York judge. How do you explain that? If the New York judges and juries are as corrupt as you suggest, the court would have found in Bragg's favor, would it not?

The NY judge that ruled against Bragg( and rightly so) happened to be a Trump appointee. The judge that Bragg ran to for a stay is a Biden judge and a former Hillary Clinton delegate to the DNC. So naturally the judge was more than willing to order a stay for Bragg.

There is always exceptions to a rule. But can you name any occasion where an Obama/ Clinton/ Biden judge has ruled in Trump’s favor?

One thought is on the political cases (vs. civil business cases), where Trump cannot intimidate his litigation opponents by wearing them down with legal delays and expenses, Trump loses most of the time. That's not because he draws a blue or red judge, or because the case is in a blue or red zip code. It's because his political cases are weak. He does not lose under a red or blue color. He loses under the facts and the law.

That's not a fair question. In Trump's political cases, it's hard to find ANY judge that has ruled in Trump's favor. And where you can find one, he or she is generally overturned on appeal.
