Pence Testifies Before the Jan 6 Grand Jury
Trump's efforts to keep Pence from testifying before the Jan 6 grand jury failed. Pence was there testifying for 5 hours today.
Special Prosecutor Jack Smith seems to be running out of witnesses. His team has interviewed everyone from the Mar-a-Lago housekeeping staff to Trump's vice president who was personally in the room and eyewitness to several events Smith is interested in. Attempts to keep Trump's former White House Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, from appearing have also failed and he will be there soon.
The only person ranking higher than Pence and Meadows is Trump himself. Obtaining testimony from people at these high levels suggests the investigation is nearing its final stages.
It also suggests Trump is sooooooooo screwed.

That goes to intent, which may be a big problem for Trump if he is charged with crimes concerning Jan 6 or other illegal attempts to overturn the election. It's one thing if he genuinely believed the election was stolen. It's something quite different if if he knew it was, and Ken Block's work seems to prove that Trump knew exactly that.

Yep. In that regard, Trump hardly qualifies as a stable genius. He took things he is not supposed to have and kept the fruits of the crime in his home, just waiting for the FBI to come find them.
Once the ballot is illegally cast, how do they disprove it? That’s why they cheat.

Joe Biden did the same thing only 1. He took them as a senator, vice president....and then stored them in unsecured locations. 2. When biden took the classified documents he could not declassify them....meaning he broke the very laws they are going after trump for only it's much worse BECAUSE Biden was to never ever have those classified documents ever....just because he became the president it doesn't make the crimes go away.
Trump had the classified documents in a locked scif with secret service agents as extra protection.....and he had the power to have those classified documents.

You prove you would rather put trump in jail for the crimes they have done but not them.....you have full blown trump derangement syndrome.
You're standing on the street waiting for your version of events to come into view like an expected parade. But the truth is, the real parade is on the street two blocks behind you and you're missing the show. You are staring into the ether looking for your version of events as the real events are in plain view in the grand jury rooms, court rooms and hearing rooms and jail cells and streets where the people connected to these things are in play.
Mar-a-Lago was searched and that was real. Donald Trump was arrested on another matter, and that was real too. So are the NY AG lawsuit, the Fulton County special grand jury work, and other such things. Trump could do nothing to stop these and none have been deemed invalid by any authority that matters. I have no doubt that you will continue to look at what isn't. I prefer to look at what is.

Some can’t get over the fact that even though Trump was unsuccessful with his election challenges, he still remained president after Nov 3rd 2020. He had all presidential powers under the constitution all the way up to around noon on January 20. when Biden was sworn in.
No, Trump didn’t lose his presidential powers to declassify on November 3rd. 2020.
It’s just a pesky fact that they are having trouble dealing with.
