One can also find some good buys on used shotguns from time to time.

We will see what Jan thinks about all that...
He's just testing the chassis integrity for us. LOL. We'll know in a few months how it handles the heavy loads and the long miles. I'm just glad someone on here is running one and keeping us informed. I'm sure there's plenty of people watching how the Transit actually performs in expediting service.
Somewhere between $350-40,000. I would suggest that you stay away from the very low end and the high end! LOL! Don't forget the range time. One cannot expect to take pheasant if one has no idea how to shoot!
Hauling more than 3200 lbs in a Transit , Promaster or a Sprinter....is like the Movie ..
Dumb & Dumber too (stupid)
Which one do you have? 3.7 or 3.5 ecoboost? No issues. 17.5 mpg under load on that delivery.
We have no shooting ranges out here! not official ones anyhow..heck the kids out here a crack shots...watched them skeet shoot one day....sweet lord almost never missed for teens...LOL guess my brother in laws ranch and get some pointers and practice out there

"This year took its toll on me just walking out to set the decoys."
LOL! Stick with us and there is NO walking to set out the deeks! Our's is a "team sport"!
It's not about issues. Your fine, the thing is wear and tear, your vehicle is taking a lot more while hauling load like that.
But if u like running loads like that for 1.00 a mile plus coming empty then it's all good.
I only take 3200lb if it has straight truck rate
I've been running my tail off with usually between 500 - 2500lb probably for a higher rate then u get on that 3700 load.
Also I once put 3900lb on my promaster and it was sitting so low I told them to get that **** outta my van and go find a straight truck, that's when they offered 1.75 a mile I said a **** fukk no.
80% of my loads are under 1000lb and I still get over a dollar per loaded mile
Thanks for the comments on the weight. I learn something new every day.
Wonder if I dare get a haircut while waiting on a load; as you can see, my hair has reached full Albert Einstein mode
