Yeah 800 lbs. is a big difference...but the point is longivity of your vehicle and down the road repairs....and lets hope your Never in an accident and Over GVW.....
I have drove Sprinters , Nissan ,Promasters , Transits ,Cube Vans , all new with Factory specs and Scale Tickets in my files ...I know the LEGAL weights on all that is available for freight....Do i care if anyone overloads their vehicle...Nope
Do I care if anyone loads more than 3700 lbs. In Their Van is an Accident or comes on EO bragging about loaded that much in their Van.....YES....
Next time Your rolling down the Interstate ....take a Look out your drivers window at that car passing you and look at the kids in the back seat ....WHAT IF ..an over weight Van or Truck was involved in an accident with it ....Was that Over Weight load really worth it...
ntimevan I wasn't bragging, I'm new and simply made a statement about what I was carrying so the folks that are interested in the transit could comment or not. Sorry my comment stuck a bad nerve with you.

Got gas I think somewhere in Indiana en route to chicago for 2.09. highest its been for me its 2.59 around home area.
anyway folks remember do not put smart phones in the back pockets of your jeans and then decide to drive. I shuddered my screen on my samsung galaxy s5, it does not work period. shattered and black, unresponsiveness.
I had to use consignees phone to call in delivered....Now off to the repair shop, to try and get it fixed. hopefully replacing the screen for 100$ will fix it.
wait, did I mention I'm barley 130lb?
It seems like diesel prices are dropping a bit except for flying j and pilot but at least you can get shower power lol

Mine 1 skid 48x48 600 lbs. at Spr. rate....:thumbup:.....and now preplanned for Sat. afternoon 890 miler for Monday morning plus DH out $$$
