    Chef Dennis's New CargoMax

Hey Dennis just thought of something. Looking at the back end of your truck, going thru some city's where you have to drive slow (like Baltimore, NY etc) might get a mirror for the back. I can see kids standing on that big bumper holding on to the handles on the sides trying to open your back...

    Air Leaks

Fan hub o-rings have a tendency to dry out and start to leak. Cat's have more than others for some reason and Cummins also. I used to change them quite frequently.

That might be a West Coast thing also. Over here they mostly use SRW (single rear wheel) because of fuel, maintenance and all that stuff. Don't hear to much about expediters on the west coast, would like to though.

Welcome. I'm not a Sprinter guy but I would think the sleeper for Expediters would be better in a 2500. Can't get a pallet between the wheel wells in a 3500 and waste to much weight building a floor. You will hear that from a lot of guys who own them.

You can buy an after market airbag kit for the cab and sleeper. Under 1k and not hard to put on. Pays for itself in quality sleep time.

That's good. What I do is just cut half way thru the foam and it will bend. I use A/C tape the same they use on duct work. Don't cut the foil side the other side. The foil will hold it together. Really looking good. Bet you can't wait to load it.:D

Thanks Dennis, a pictures worth a thousand words. Should be pretty easy to insulate with what you showed us. With you building a sleeper area will there still be room for 3 pallet's w/o stacking?

    Chef Dennis's New CargoMax

I was wondering how they were connected. How are you going to insulate the sides? Just go over the top of the existing wall cover? Can you take the covering that's on the wall off and spray insulate it or can you do that?? ad another question. Since the L trac is bonded to the sides will the...

Hey Dennis. Now I know what I'm in for. That micro in front of that window, it doesn't bother you?? Is the back insulated?? Better get a gear jammer or change the rear gear to a 3:73, that mileage will eat your lunch. Looks good, hope to get rolling on mine shortly. I think it would be...

With all the time you and Bob put into speaking engagements, blog's, show's and everything else it makes me wonder how you had time to put more than 800,000 miles on your rig. Should have a sign "Home sweet Home". Can't wait to see the new ride. Good luck.:D

Cruise Control on Chevy Express 2500

There have been issues with aftermarket cruise units on GM's, I would just let the dealer put it in, that way it works or they fix it.

Chev Express (slop bkt) fuse cover

Yes they are a pain in the #@#@. I use a very small screw driver on mine but I must admit one of them is broken and I use the famous 100 mph tape on it. Put them in a great spot didn't they???
