Irony?

From my perspective as a driver who delivers foreign parts to this facility, I would be interested in seeing the written policy that enforces the posting of this sign. I am curious to see if there are definitions in the policy that would clear up my perception of irony. When I first saw the sign, it occurred to me that this manufacturer sells vehicles that are made here and abroad. Does the same policy apply to their own vehicles? Who at the company enforces the policy? Is there an attitude associated with this sort of sign that contributes to the financial instability of the company?...

Just some thoughts that go through my head when a company posts something like this.
