Jack Smith has a very strong case against Trump. It would be even stronger if this Mar-a-Lago property manager flipped on Trump. If De Oliveira became a cooperating witness, he could directly implicate Trump in one of the conspiracy to object justice counts, and it would be game over for Trump.
But he has not flipped, and we can be sure that before charging him, DOJ tried everything they could to secure his cooperation. De Oliveira is charged with crimes that will get him major prison time if he is convicted. That's a strong incentive to flip, and he has not flipped.
Will De Oliveira flip? I honestly don't know.
With no codefendants there with him, De Oliveira will be arrested and arraigned on Monday. That might get his attention in a way previous DOJ threats did not. If De Oliveira thought DOJ was bluffing about charging him, he will find out different on Monday. That experience might lead him to change his mind.
On the other hand, he has likely been given numerous opportunities and huge incentives to flip on Trump, and he has not flipped. He may willing to take the hit and go to jail for Trump's benefit.

Why did the Special Counsel have a grand jury and court rulings start in DC and moved it at the end to Florida?
If I had to guess its because Trump is a resident of Florida? But in the end its going to help him, there are way too many of his worshippers who would lie their way on to that jury. Just like his impeachment "trial" its a waste of time.
The trial is just a way to get the info out into the public, there will be some of his supporters who will see the evidence and then pull their support. As for his worshippers, they dont care what laws he broke, they will support him regardless. Thankfully there are not enough of those to carry him to a win in the election.
