With the exception of Trump-appointed Judge Cannon, whose pro-Trump ruling was overturned by the appeals court, and who was excoriated by the same, it does not seem to matter who appointed the judges that hear the political cases Trump brings. Up to and including the US Supreme Court, trump fares poorly in the cases he brings.
That has less to do with which president appointed which judge, and much to do with the law and the weak cases Trump brings to the court, or the weak responses he make when others brings strong cases against him.
It's sad to see that there are those who fault the judge instead of accepting the fact that Trump is actually guilty, actually wrong, or actually liable in the given case. In their distorted view, it's not Trump's fault for committing the bad deed, it's the judges fault for making a bad ruling. Trump is their hero, and he can do no wrong, they seem to believe.
