In their distorted view, it's not Trump's fault for committing the bad deed, it's the judges fault for making a bad ruling. Trump is their hero, and he can do no wrong, they seem to believe.

Judges are just flawed people like everyone else. They just happen to wear black robes. Some shouldn’t be so gullible about not knowing this. This judge either was so incompetent and ignorant of the whole Russia collusion hoax or willingly acted dumb as a political favor for the Clintons who appointed him. The latter would point to an integrity issue with him. And seeing that he didn’t recuse himself, that also points to a lack thereof.

BTW, I notice that anytime a “Trump appointed judge” rules on something involving Trump, it’s ALWAYS mentioned. But when this Clinton appointed judge ruled on this regarding the Clintons, it wasn’t mentioned . It was omitted. Just crickets…

Trump and Trump-appointed judges get talked about more because Trump is in court far more often than Clinton.

And when a Trump-appointed judge rules against Trump, I always mention it because there are some out there who believe judges are biased in favor of the president or president's party that nominated them. Trump-adverse rulings by Trump-appointed judges disprove that false belief, and support my belief that most judges are honorable and upright people who place the law above the politics of the president/party that seated them.

Withdrawing this case may be too little too late. Because the suit was filed, the New York AG will have already spent considerable time and resources on it. Given the sanctions just imposed on Trump because of the Hillary suit, AG James will likely seek similar sanctions and similar reimbursements for the frivolous suit that names her.

If it is true that this judge is as flawed and politically biased as you suggest, Trump would know that in advance. And that would make him monumentally stupid to bring a frivolous case to this judge, would it not?

Biden's Delaware home was recently searched by the FBI. danthewolf00 is correct. Additional documents were found.

That means both Biden's and Trump's home have been searched by the FBI. The two notable differences are:

1. Biden requested the search and gave permission. No search warrant was needed. Trump made no such request and a warrant was obtained and executed.
2. Biden is the president when the search happened. Trump was a former president when his home was searched.

You're talking about a guy who can't remember how to get off a dais after a speech. It's entirely possible he doesn't remember why he had those documents, but the fact remains that he had them and they were in his possession without authorization for a number of years. They were handled and stored in a careless and unsecured manner. His memory and intentions - past and present - are irrelevant. However, this could be the foundation for the Democrats to keep him for running again in 2024; he's obviously not mentally fit for the job.
