Now!! So after a flight out of Detroit Metro to Orlando Fla and a cab ride to a Orlando suburb, I am now sitting in Savannah GA in my old CV #192....Here is to Dispatch workin their magic and getting me a load out of here and back to the Taylor area....

Anyone know of a GOOD RELIABLE driver that WANTS TO WORK, stay in service and make some money!?!? I am looking..But for now, i load towards home would be good, I already miss the Cargo Max...:)

cd hopefully I won't be needing to give you a call on that offer for a seat. My first load and thirty minutes out from delivery the transmission started flare shifting. Delivered okay, but now I'm heading to the shop.

Sorry for such a rough start. Hopefully it works out and is something inexpensive.

I do have to say I was utterly disappointed in the way we were treated at Bloomingdales and Nordstrom. I mean we a millionaires, we are expediters.

EB, glad it all worked out well for you! But that is something to keep in mind...In the short term, if anyone needs a "CV" in a emergency situation (as when Steve Wolfe worked a deal with TJP), give me shout...it has a bunch of miles, but it still runs good and will haul freight to help get some through a rough situation....

Oh, Rock Hill NC at the "J"....no food in this van so, maybe some Dennys....yea yea ...but it is edible....:)

Come on dispatch, i really would like to be in my Cargo Max Monday, without HD'n back home....

well in my efforts to get this CV back home i have sat in Savannah GA for 30 hrs and nothing, been in Rock Hill SC. just south of Charlotte NC approx 30 hours, nothin...headin to the Knoxville area in a bit and will give Dispatch as much of the day fri as i can to get me loaded..if not, ill head home from there....

Sitting in Louisville...I always get a load out of here, southeast of here, anyway...usually.Which is why I havent moved northward yet..Thinking about going home if not loaded by Friday, have so much to do in all areas, I havent been home in quite a while! Had a good week last week, and the week before, but, this week, well, lets just say I have had alot of time to catch up on paperwork, accounting, etc..The up-side is that with the cool weather, running the van is not needed..perfect sleeping weather..It will all come around for the best, I am sure of that!

Pine Grove, PA. It was 75 when I left NC in the morning, 43 here tonight. Hello heater.:eek:

Took me 2 1/2 hours to make it through the Demolition Corridor, aka Washington, DC. Didn't know there was all that construction on 495. I think Obumma laid out the temporary lanes. Not a straight line to be found for miles.:D

Gotta get a new air horn for the truck. This one sounds like a sick duck.

Leg muscles way to achy for rototilling...way too windy to climb a ladder....think I'll do van stuff...winter equipment and oil change...:)
