I'm still here at the house.Changed oil in the van, went over to my parents and spent all day trimming hedges,bushes,weeding, etc. Then their neighbor comes over and asks me if I want 4 tires and rims with hubcaps for my van for free? He is a retired Marine turned master woodworker so he has a e-350 he uses for his business. As we are loading these into my van, he tells me in a month we'll be doing this again. I'm like, what do you mean? He tells me next month he is buying new chrome wheels for his van, and he is giving me the chrome ones that are on his van now. They look like new.Awesome.God works in mysterious ways.

We are at the house, family stuff is over and back in service. We have had three load offers, turned down one and did not get the other two. Hope we get out without too long a wait.

Dropped in eagle Pass T this AM...DH'd back to San antonio and am sitting at the "J" on I-10..... going to get a shower and then get somw sleep...maybe ill get 4-5 hrs before i get a run...i'll hope for a few more......

Anyone else parked at the Mall of America? Took my post-load nap and will probably start trolling south and east in the a.m. It's been raining here since I woke up. I don't feel like putting on my galoshes and rain gear. So this may be the second time I've parked here and still haven't been inside.

You can have the rain I'm getting...It's been parked over my van since earlier today. It started to clear up in Morris, Ill and I left there to to go Gary, In and it hasn't quit raining here since I got here at around 7pm.....I haven't moved on the board either....been #2 on the panther board for the last 3 hours. I'm gettin pretty desperate here for a load since I haven't had one since Sunday. Well....I guess the black clouds are really over my van....LOL

Well, I am still sitting on the Chicago board. Now at #3. I got to #1, then got bumped down to #2 by someone who was out of service sleeping, then got bumped again to #3 by a first out. So here I am...NO LOAD, NO MONEY Wondering what to do since I am in Gary, In...I've had about enough this week and am about to take my losses for the week and wait it out at my mom's in Salem, Ohio......what can ya do?

There is a Wal Mart just about 5 miles after you cross in to PA where OH 14 turns into PA 51 Its within the 30 miles of Pittsburgh, and I always get good loads from there, Shippingport, Ellwood City. Just an ideal.

sorry about those black clouds. i have always done well out of gary...as a mtter of fact, most of the time i will dh from home there after i have been iut of service at home. \

as for now, i just grabbed a load in san antonio tx and i am headed to vista ca. have friend south of there, so ill drop and go see them.

Delivered in Toledo last night, checked in Toledo while at Fedex Freight, Toledo and the system put us in Sandusky....oh well, too tired to call and deal with it so we are at the Petro- I-280 with a lake (retention pond) for our backyard.

monday i got a load to valparaiso in. called the c'see since i had a 1930 deliv. they close at 1700. so we decide to meet at the j at 90/94 jct. saved me some driving and he got his repl. part. pays to call the c'see.

racine wi yesterday.....americus ga by noon today(they said you wouldn't be here until 1600. now we can start that repair today rather than tomorrow) and griffin ga to finish the day. going to bed soon. looking to do some traveling this week.
