if that is the one i am thinking of it is well off the road. is that exit 90/92? the sign is not ver good either. if ou were just shopping there is a small town piggly wiggly in blacksburg.

columbia j? parked there last nite in front. not a large lot and lots of late nite parts swapping going on behind the rv parking.

oh yuck...Columbia J parking sux...bad area....

There is a Wallys...ONE exit south of 40 off I-26....that is open 24hrs...the other 2 Wallys in Columbia close at Midnight.

Found a laundromat up the road, so we'll get that done and maybe see a few of the sights. All seems to be within a few miles of us.

You got two packing plants next door to each other what more could you possibly want? AHHHHHHHHHH the smell of sun cooked offal wafting from an open end dump trailer.

Me, I've got a very early a.m. drop in OVM's back yard and then straight north to Jamestown.

Well hubby was shopping for a new laptop so we had to shop Walmart. We are at the Columbia J, in the truck lot. Normally we would park in the RV area (unless it's marked no trucks or they kick us out) but their front lot is so small I decided to leave it to the RV's. And lordy it's HOT down here!!

At the comfort inn in mississauga. Last 2 weeks have been hopping for us. Needed a break from the truck, in a bed that isn't moving.

That consignee is 2 miles from my house, Dennis. They used to be the largest employer in the county, but recently eliminated most of their 2nd shift.

I'm fairly certain we're talking about the same place.

[/QUOTE]This is a perfect example of why I went from a s/t to a van. The dispatchers have absolutely no idea how much it costs to operate the different types of vehicles out here. But I am at the house, waiting for a load, so I can go to work and have a break from the yard work.
