The winter onions, chives, rhubarb, sage, cilantro and parsley are all up (now that the snow is melted I can see!) Got up to 60 today so it's looking good for some planting this weekend!:)

Gosh, I really feel comfortable here. Even though my mailing address is Garden, I only live approximately 1.5 miles from Garden Corners!

Small world, isn't it?

MIchigan pretty much has the same weather that we do out here, if anything it's wetter in the summer. I think I've got Michigan rain here this morning..pouring down like a son of a gun....garden's getting soggy....grass is getting greener...cats are all on the back of the couch looking out the window and wondering why I won't let them out..

So do either of you garden? :)

Really ?? the same weather?

I woke up to flood and wondered what happened.

I have to turn over my ground, but I guess I'll be pitching the beans because no one came by with pickles and a rototiller.

Well Greg I stopped by and your wife said you were taking the prototype Transit for a drive, going to the U of M to participate in a focus group...and then stop by a software developer and hand in your results of a beta program you tested for them......drop the van off, get your truck ....and go pick up a load....;)

Actually Ken if you did stop by, you would have seen the van, made a little money with me on the focus group and got to see some neat software for your sprinter but alas, you went to the wrong house. By the way, my wife would have put you to work in the field turning the ground over and then cleaned up the front yard where the tree dropped it's needles.

We planted 5 better boy tomato plants in a 20 gallon bucket full of horse manure. Does that count as a garden?
Also mowed 7 acres. Spring comes much earlier down here. High today was 91. And no rain in 2 weeks.
