We can't really offer any comparisons between large carrier vs. small carrier, as we have only been with the Fed for our total 8 yrs of expediting.

Exactly Dakota, I mean the sign is telling them to merge, the sign does not say that the person already on the highway must adjust their speed to allow them acess.
The way I see it,they have 2 pedals,either speed up or slow down but gitter done.
