I have to agree with Phil,this is not the answer to the problem and Team Caffee is being overly redundant with using this solution as the end all cure all to every problem that comes along. Yet another reason to verify that the drivers council is in no way for the drivers.

piper,we have always run only the cat filters.Dave,it still has the original huey pump on it,but everytime they change the injectors they do check for contaminates.

Was just wondering if anyone else is having problems with the injectors in this engine? We have replaced a total of 9 injectors in the 33 months that we have had this truck,which was purchased new. Lost one at 120k,2 at 230k,and then yesterday Cat replaced all 6 at 338k.:confused: Luckily our...

This wouldn't happen to have been a s/t with a sleeper made by a company with an A and a B in their name would it? Their sleeper heater/ac controls were famous for melting the wiring connections to the high speed setting. :eek:

Have you looked in the EO classifieds for a used truck? Everytime I look in there there are many good deals to be had and they are not all Hino's either.
