Yes, there are members here that are BCO's. We were with Landstar for 8 months before returning to FedEx. We were never discouraged from posting anything anywhere by either Landstar or FedEx.

To us it's always been about the all mileage rate. DHPL, DHPU, Loaded, FSC, etc. It's all the same. There is a certain rate "all miles" we are looking for. If we get it we run the load. If we don't we politely decline.

Why do we need scanners? There are apps for our smart phones that allow us to scan and send documents. If FedEx is worried about security they could always have there own app designed. It seems we are always two steps behind the available technology. Sent from my EVO using EO Forums mobile app
