Are semi's wired for 110? If not, is it something that is inexpensive to do?

Just made chicken salad over the weekend. 3 boneless chicken breasts a few shakes of salt, pepper, dried onion, sage and a little water in the crock pot. Mayo, mustard, celery seed, relish....... FEAST! :D

Problem with just shore power connections is that alot of semi trucks couldn't use them anyway. If they have a generator it still may not have the shore power connection. We've only had shore power connection with an Onan does anyone else know of others that have it? IdleAire is expensive, but...

Dave, Where do you look to find out what the gear ratio is?

We tried the "lets be friends with our kids" route....BAD IDEA! As teenagers, it was a battle until we finally looked at ourselves and decided enough was enough. Boys didn't like it one bit, but, as we told them, this is our house and our rules, don't like it? Don't let the screen door hit ya...

Our owner pays for fuel, and we've never had an issue about going home. Year before last, at Christmas, we'd been stuck in Oregon for 5 days with no loads back. After checking with load boards, back hauls etc, still no luck. We told our owner we were headed home (to NC). He never asked about...

We've been fairly busy since the beginning of the year. Last week was the first week we've done any real sitting for any length of time (3 days) in Minnesota. For the most part it's been sitting long enough to recharge and go again. Keeping our fingers crossed that it continues :)

I make my apologies in advance for this stupid question, science was never my strong suit :o If we were to go to Hydrogen powered vehicles that produced water instead of emissions, what would that do to the environment? Would AZ become a hot humid climate? Would the colder climates have snow...

Is there a solution to cooling in the summer? We can't have a rooftop A/C unit because the roof of this sleeper is a *&^% swimming pool and the underbunk that was installed is terrible! We used an espar heater when we drove T/T and we loved it!
