    Slow down and save

I've been researching expediting for a quite some time, only recently started posting here. When I think of expediting, I think emergency freight, time sensitive or "they need this load there yesterday" freight. A common theme during my research has been the subject of speed. Yet if you really...

    Healty alternatives

For those who do home canning, there are many alternatives to "road grub". Once, sometimes twice a year, I will make a LARGE pot of turkey chili. Pressure can it and use it to make "taco" salads. It is a better alternative to taco salad on the road, just prepare a salad, warm up some chili and...

Disgruntled FEDEX CC st8 truck drivers.....Where are they gonna go?? Landstar?? L1??

Re: Disgruntled FEDEX CC st8 truck drivers.....Where are they gonna go?? Landstar?? Absolutely. Working as a team ( carrier, driver or O/O,customer,sales,dispatch, etc.) , the business grows. All parties involved are happier and more profitable when working toward the same goal.

Disgruntled FEDEX CC st8 truck drivers.....Where are they gonna go?? Landstar?? L1??

Re: Disgruntled FEDEX CC st8 truck drivers.....Where are they gonna go?? Landstar?? Very well said. " Us against Them" rarely works out for "Us",regardless of which one you are. It's lose/ lose.

    New here, but....

Thanks Lawrence. I'm still researching at the moment. As an O/O for 20+ years, it's going to be a different world driving for a fleet owner. Although I guess it will be good for the fleet owner since I am already in the habit of taking care of equipment and watching the margins.
