A good, hard working driver at Fedex, in a reefer straight will make right at $50,000 +/-
Run with your better half and be right at $95,000-$105,000
These are common numbers for 22' straight, reefer.
Three teams I know hitting these numbers have 3 or 4 years experiance.

These are gross numbers. For driver cut.
The flat rate is not affecting reefers..
As I'm in a reefer I haven't looked at flat rate.
A quick guess is a little less than 10% loss in the pay. This may be made up by more opportunities, less down time.
As a driver, maybe ok. The more miles for less money will impact owners more.
