I have since learned in the past few years that being a girlie girl is kind of nice!  I can still do everything I did before, such as ride ATV’s, shoot, fish, drive a truck, be competitive, and enjoy driving anything that goes fast.  What I have learned with my new epiphany is that I can paint my fingernails and toes pink, wear a dress, look and smell nice and still be accepted for exactly what I am, a woman.  I am a slow learner with a thick head and it took a good friend to keep pointing out to me that being excepted as a woman was not such a bad thing.  I believe as a women I have it made as when there is a need I can cry and no one looks at me odd or looks down on me, I can change my minds a million times in a few minutes and that is accepted, and a woman can be happy one minute and furious the next and life goes on.  I am almost fifty and I have finally figured out being a woman is pretty darn cool!
