GATS Driver Health Walk
Join us, The Trucking Solutions Group, for the third
HTAA 61+ Health and Awareness 1.5 mile walk inside. We will start the walk with warm ups and stretches led by Bob Perry, The Trucker Trainer and after walking we will end up
at the HTAA Health and Wellness Pavilion.
The walk has been organized by HTAA – Driver Health – Fit for the Road –
Trucking Solutions Group.
The 61+ in the
name is to signify that this is the average age a truck driver lives to.

GATS is also having a 5K Too Hot to Trot Run/Walk.
This event will be at 7:30 in the morning and
we will all be bussed over to the Katy Trail.
I am looking forward to seeing more of the Katy Trail as part of the trail runs through Saint Louis.
