Not going down without a fight

Let me clue you in on a few things. This assault on the public by the “protesters” has gotten way out of hand. Once the media reports of truck drivers being targeted by looters came out and then the reports of rioters pulling the drivers from their trucks and beating them came out, you damn right I decided right then and there to run them over if it came to that. Call me what you will, but if I am trying to get to a delivery and run across rioters trying to stop my truck and beat or kill me just for doing my job, well hell yeah I’m gonna fight back. At that point it is self defense, it is not a selfish inhumane act towards others. Those who try to rip me from my truck are the inhuman ones. I won’t be looking for people to run over, but you can bet your backside I will not go down without a fight, and as I see it, I have a better vantage point up here in the cab as well as a lot of horsepower and plenty of torque against your rocks. I know the story of David and Goliath, but all these rock throwers better be willing to sacrifice for their cause, cause I’m taking some out before they get to me. Maybe if some of you SOBs actually had jobs like me, you wouldn’t have all this time on your hands to wreak havoc on the American working man and woman. Back in the day, we protested. We held signs and shouted our message to anyone around. We did not destroy property and we never even thought of beating or killing a person for our cause. Anyone thinking about pulling me from my truck better take notice of what I’m about to say. I’m in the truck with the moose guard and a real steel bumper. If it will take out a 1500 lb moose, what do you think it will do to your scrawny 150 lb butt? Hell, I could take out ten of you at once. And I have rumbled over speed breakers before, you will just be a pothole filler when I drive away. If you do somehow manage to get into my truck, you better be ready with more than just a rock, don’t bring a brick to a gunfight. I support peaceful protesting, but I will not bow down to riots and looting.
