Because Hillary was smart enough to get rid of the evidence, cant convict without that. There is a case against Hunter, what the end result of that case will be is up in the air, but I believe that judge did him a favor, if it goes to trial, they will be hard pressed to get a guilty verdict. But just so you dont think I think he needs to get off without punishment, I am rooting for a guilty verdict.
You mean the crooked DOJ let her lawyers help destroy subpoenaed emails and phones.

The Trump-Induced Future of the Republican Party

"... the Michigan Republican Party—now dominated by its right flank staunchly aligned with former President Donald Trump—has descended into chaos. It can barely fundraise and has all but gone broke. ...

"Michigan’s GOP infighting is an extreme example of the dysfunction in many states as the chamber-of-commerce Republicans who used to define the party give way to populists who are deeply skeptical of elites and institutions of power."
(Source)

As goes the Michigan GOP, so will go the US GOP. With their die-hard enthusiasm and plain nastiness, the Trump-worshiping MAGA extremists work their way into low-level party positions, and build on that to obtain control of the state party mechanism. Knowing little else about competent political leadership, they transform the party into a dysfunctional, ineffective mess; giving the Democrats wonderful opportunities in states where such opportunities were previously blocked.

Wood that is not properly cared for can develop dry rot. Before our very eyes, the Republican Party is developing MAGA-rot state by state. The Wall Street Journal says this is happening in "many states," including Michigan, Colorado, Georgia, Arizona, and Minnesota. Watch for this MAGA-rot fungus to continue to spread. And watch the state parties "descend into chaos" (Wall Street Journal's charactarization).

I remember 2016 in Michigan. Trump was trailing in most polls here. Totally outspent. Hillary commercials and negative ads about Trump all the time on the airways. He won.
The next election will have Trump as the nominee, so there will be coattails.
Plus, “it’s the economy stupid” will sway voters.

If that was the case why didn't they prosecute Hillary and why haven't they prosecuted Hunter Biden? Instead, they let her skate and they tried to set a sweetheart deal for the first son. These agencies aren't doing what needs to be done, they're administering a two-tier justice system.

Quoting results from years ago and polls from today is meaningless. A lot has changed. For example, you may have heard that Trump is having a bit of trouble in court these days. The leadership resume of this criminal defendant includes four felony indictments charging 91 counts.

If you are a supporter of this stable genius who is the first president in history who failed to peacefully yield power to the man who won the presidential election, where can you go to wave your flag and show your colors? Next week, your favorite candidate will be under arrest in the Fulton County, GA, Jail.

By that measure Trump should be 40 points behind in the polls against Bidenomics Joe. Yet there Trump is, even or leading in the polls. Keep convincing yourself that Trump has no chance to win. But it will only prolong your cognitive dissonance.

No. By that measure, Trump should be a convict doing hard time. And he's well on his way there now.

Disclaimer: This compilation is an ongoing project done on a best-efforts basis. If I miss or get something wrong, kindly advise me and I'll correct the list. Where a question has been appealed to a higher court, the higher court's answer is shown and the lower court's answer previously shown is removed from the list. Where an appeal is pending, the lower court's action remains on the list until the appeal is complete. The "previous weeks" section is not complete. It will be completed as my time permits and my research continues.

Actually, it's Trump's continuing track record of bringing his garbage cases and arguments to court.

With just 3 exceptions in 103 court actions, judges appointed by BOTH parties, and also juries where they are active, ruled against Trump. And they're doing it in a forum that matters.

These rulings kept Trump out of the White House after the 2020 election. They took $5 million out of his pocket when he was accused of rape. They required him to testify or turn information over to his opponents when that was the very last thing he wanted to do. They allowed the FBI to search his house and seize items there. They require him to go to jails to surrender for arrest. They require him to sit quietly in a chair in court when he'd rather be doing most anything else.

Trump has the option of ignoring or defying the courts, but he does not because he knows he will be jailed and/or found in contempt if he does. Notwithstanding his gas-bag bluster, Trump understands he is not a judge. He is a defendant, subject to the law and rules of the court.

Call it garbage all you want, but these are real-world forums with real-world consequences.
