Defending the constitutional rights of the accused, many who were likely indigent.
So she knows what the standards are, but is already cutting corners for the prosecution and treating Trump different. But why? Hate-on for Trump.

Trump was indicted for not listening to the “experts” the DOJ requires him to listen to. But most of them lied and undermined his presidency.
This the classic cry of a candidate's supporters when the candidate they look up to is in trouble. It's not the candidate, it's their advisors.
Your premise is wrong. Trump shouldn't be indicted because he didn't listen to his DOJ sanctioned advisors. Why would he trust them? They lied previously.

It has been reported that Biden is now using the short cargo steps on Air Force One instead of the much longer ones. Who is Trump going to face on the Democratic side as an opponent in the next Presidential election? It doesn't look like Joe will be able to continue and will have to resign or not run again. Should be interesting in who they choose.

We all know Biden is old and getting older. Like Trump, he could pass away or stroke out at any moment. If he does, the Democrats will not nominate no one. They will produce a nominee. In the event of Biden's death or withdrawal for health reasons, Harris has the edge, but she does not have a lock.
If I was a Republican, I would want Biden to stay healthy and in the race. Republicans have invested endless energy into discrediting him. His advanced age is a genuine issue, as it would be for any candidate. If Biden dies or withdraws, all his negatives leave the race with him. The significance of the Hunter Biden story instantly evaporates. All those House investigations into Hunter Biden will count of nothing. No one will care. It will never be seen in the news again.
If Biden dies or withdraws, the Democrats will find a younger nominee, which may indeed give them an advantage they did not have in Biden. Trump will then be the very old candidate and that's a negative for numerous voters. When two old guys are running against each other, that negative issue is neutralized. But if Trump becomes the oldest candidate, he bears that tag alone.
Does he not understand that trials are in front of a jury of his peers? The judge cant convict him, only a unanimous jury can. No way they are going to be able to weed out all of the Trump worshippers so the chance of a guilty verdict is just about zero. The question is, how many trials are they going to waste taxpayer money on to try to convict him.
I have a good friend who is also a Trump supporter, one of his go to pieces of advice is that you dont have to be the smartest person, you just need to surround yourself with the smartest people. Trump certainly does not get that.....

It's 95 percent Dems/Biden voters in an area that is continuously gaslit by the "news" media parroting Leftist talking points about the evils of the orange guy.
I've said it before. Trump is a flight risk. He would defect to Russia before serving time in a US prison. Just recently, he's talking about living in France.
