The Trump Card...

If there was a frequent indictee card, Trump would have one.

APR 4, 2023; Donald Trump is Under Arrest

JUN 13, 2023; Donald Trump is Under Arrest ... Again

AUG 8, 2023; Donald Trump is Under Arrest ... Again
Is it just coincidence that the Trump indictments always seem to come on the heels of Biden criminal revelations?

The above post is corrected as shown. Yesterday, he was not arrested, he instead responded to a summons.

APR 4, 2023; Donald Trump is Arrested and Arraigned

JUN 13, 2023; Donald Trump is Arrested and Arraigned ... Again

AUG 8, 2023; Donald Trump is Arraigned ... Again

Yes, it is just coincidence if you do not believe there is no coordinated plot against Trump. No, it is not just coincidence if you believe there is a coordinated plot against Trump.

Noteworthy on Day of Trump's 3rd Arraignment

After his first arraignment, Trump held a large reception and fundraising event at Mar-a-Lago.
After his second arraignment, Trump held a smaller reception and fundraising party at Bedminster.
After his third arraignment, Trump made brief remarks before boarding his plane. He then returned quietly to Bedminister.

A few pro-Trump protesters showed up at the courthouse. They were outnumbered by anti-Trump protesters. Both groups combined were outnumbered by the media. There were no reports of mass protests anywhere. Trump supporters did not take to the streets.

Except for Trump's security and the widely watched Trump arraignment, it was business as usual in the courthouse. Trump's arraignment was one of several events happening in various courtrooms. People went about their business as they do on other workdays.

With the indictment now public, Pence is coming out full Constitution. That is new. This key witness in this trial, who was several times in the room when Trump was plotting his attempt to overturn the election he knew he lost, has begun taking publicly about what Trump told him and when. Pence is now openly saying Trump should not be president. Pence is openly saying Trump pressured him to illegally subvert the Constitution.

Conspicuous by his absence, both from public view and the indictment, is Trump's former chief of staff Mark Meadows. Multiple legal commentators suggest this signals with near certainty that Meadows is a cooperating witness.

Trump's Defense Lawyer Blunders; Admits a Trump Crime

The words Trump Attorney John Lauro attributed to Trump on TV yesterday are admissible as evidence in the election interference trial. Trump's own defense attorney confirmed on TV that Trump did indeed commit one of the crimes for which he is charged. I don't know of DOJ will use this in the case, but Lauro created this possibility by making this error.

Judge Cannon's Competency Questioned Anew

We all know the story of Judge Cannon granting Trump's motion for a special master, only to be harshly reversed on appeal because her ruling did not follow the law.

Now news is surfacing of a major constitutional blunder she made in another trial, and another error that suggests she is less careful than federal judges are expected to be.

So far, DOJ has not moved to have Cannon replaced. But if she continues to blunder like this, she makes it easier and easier for them to do so. She is an inexperienced judge presiding over one of the highest-profile cases in US history. She has not recused herself, but the day may come when she wishes she had.

"'Cannon's decision to close the courtroom represents 'a fundamental constitutional error, ...'" She "... declined to open the courtroom to the public despite repeated requests from both prosecutors and defense attorneys, the transcript showed."

"[Cannon] ... also neglected to swear in the prospective jury pool - an obligatory procedure in which people who may serve on the panel pledge to tell the truth during the selection process. This error forced Cannon to re-start jury selection ..."

There's a reason Trump is so far ahead in the GOP primary polls, and he has the Democrat party and their enthusiastic accomplices in the media to thank for it. A significant percentage of Americans see this non-stop barrage of mostly bogus indictments during an election season as political persecution, and they're not having it. The 2024 Republican nomination is his.
Now all the Democrats have to do is find a decent candidate to run against him.

"Trump’s continuing strength in the polls, even as the left attempts to conflate January 6 to the level of 9/11 or the Civil War, demonstrates that the non-stop assault by his enemies is actually validating all of Trump’s claims about the rank corruption of the Washington ruling elite.
The iron pentagon of government, media, academia, law enforcement, and intelligence took the presidency from him through deceit and slander, burying his accomplishments and fabricating scandals designed to divert the attention of the American people. But that strategy hardly seems to be working this time around."

I agree 100%, except for the "mostly bogus" characterization of the indictments. But 100% yes. Trump will be the Republican nominee.

Now all the Democrats have to do is find a decent candidate to run against him.
I also agree. They could do better than to run Biden. But at this point it does not appear they will.

Or a majority of the voters decided they had enough of Trump and elected Biden instead. And what's different this time around is Trump has been charged with multiple felony crimes.

Agree, except it’s all bogus charges.

The fact that trump is still polling so high after ALL of the indictments should tell you how fed up Americans are of Biden and his policys.

In the post muttly shared, Trump is calling for the Supreme Court to intercede to protect him from what he calls election interference from other courts and prosecutors. I'm all for that. I urge Trump go to the Supreme Court now to ask them to take up that very question.

NOTHING stops Trump from doing that. He is free to call on the Supreme Court now for the relief he seeks. Let's go, Trump! Get on with it!

Well it could be also that we as a country are just that corrupt that we would elect such a bad person to be our leader.

If he is elected again next year, we are no better than Russia electing Putin.
