It's actually "Crimes." The crimes charged are:
- Conspiracy to commit forgery: punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
- Forgery: punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
- Conspiracy to commit uttering and publishing: punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
- Uttering and publishing: punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
- Conspiracy to commit election law forgery: punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
- Election law forgery: punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
As I said above, there were Republicans in some states who presented themselves as actual alternate electors. They committed no crimes. Those in Michigan were less wise and less respectful of the Constitution. Those Republicans are looking at criminal trials and the possibility of hard time.
