No, Mike Davis is not eviscerating the DOJ case.

He's talking a lot about it and sharing opinions you agree with, but that has zero effect on the case, at least so far. The investigation was launched months ago. Probable cause was demonstrated. Three crimes have been named. The search warrant was executed. U.S. government property and evidence of crimes were recovered, A significant number of civilian witnesses have been identified. The investigation continues.

Nothing Mike Davis has said or done has affected this ongoing criminal investigation or its progress in any way.

You mean the magistrate that recused himself for bias against Trump 2 weeks before? The DOJ sought him out so they could get the flimsy affadavit approved. Why didn’t DOJ go to the Office OF Legal Council and get an opinion while Garland was contemplating the raid? It would have been easy to do and considering the ramifications of the unconstitutional search and seizure of a former President, the prudent and ethical thing to have done too.

Obama too. That’s why they were so desperate to get the crossfire hurricane scheme papers. (His involvement in it.) 40 percent wasn’t made public because operatives inside the DOJ dragged their feet after Trump declassified it all. They don’t want the truth to come out.

So you really have no idea what his reasons actually were.
