Good Morning!....back at Ya!
Gorgeous, sunshiny day!
On my front porch with Mags, windows open...aromas of onion, garlic, carrots, celery, wild rice, chicken wafting from my simmering crock pot. Mowed the grass, sipped a second cup of coffee...need some eggs to tide me over until about 6pm.
Feeling very much at Peace. Still 'In Service' for a Monday am Load.
JuJu...here's a pic my Cream of Chicken Soup in the Crock. One more hour for the Rice.

Good luck ... let me know in about 3 months how things are working out ... they have a habit of not getting freight out of or into the freight area you live in ...IMO ... so its like they don't want you going home ... i still have 5 friends that have been there longer than i was or close ... But they have been looking for Greener grass ... again i hope it works out for you guys and just voicing my opinion...

New York City still sucks even Sundays. But hey! I got a chance to shake off some of the rust off.

I was just reminded why i like so much my diesel Sprinter. I fueled up Friday morning at a Speedway in New Jersey close to the GW Bridge for $1.899 a gallon. I made my delivery in Massachusetts, then drove back south into Connecticut. Today I drove up into New Hampshire, picked up my load and started the long trek south. 626 miles later I stopped at the same Speedway in New Jersey and I still had about 125 miles worth of fuel in the tank. I fueled up for $1.899 a gallon again, remembering that I passed by in these 626 miles gas stations selling diesel for $2.40, $2.50, even $3.099 a gallon.

Gotta love the range of these things.

I love recalling the price of Diesel around Chicago WAS about $4.27 two years ago. Enjoying these prices today!
