Ask any firefighter that has ever fought a fire in a wharehouse that is 4 or 5 or more floors high If a building can fall like that and they will tell you yes.It happens alot when tall buildings catch on fire.Never mind the fact that that a 747 full weighs around 900,000 pounds and that would do nothing to effect the structure of the towers.

I fought a fire in a 3 story factory that came down the same way.

Try this on for size. Many people choose to believe these conspiracies because it is a sense of "comfort."

They have two choices in matters like this. They can believe that we have an enemy who is cowardly, willing to attack defenseless people. Attack without warning and without the courage or honor to fight in the open. They choose to kill women, children, everyday people. They are unable, unwilling or too afraid to just fight those who they hate.

OR:

They can blame OUR government. That they MIGHT have the ability to control. They can understand a government out of control who would kill their own. They can FIGHT that.

You know Layout, I think that people can't get a grip on the fact that there are people in the middle east smarter than themselves and many college graduates here who are more than capable of putting some complex plan together and executing it. I think a lot of people here still think that those Muslims over there are still herding goats or sitting in a tent in the middle of the desert eating dates and lamb eye balls.

Without a doubt. It is also true that the picture of goat herders is correct for many and that certain "evil ones" exploit those who are not quite as sophisticated as they are.

The strength was the funds they were raising as they became organized and had a celebrity in Bin Laden.

On any given day, approximately 50,000 people worked in the towers, with another 200,000 passing through as visitors

The twin towers were the first supertall buildings designed without any masonry.

Chase Manhattan Bank chairman David Rockefeller, founder of the development association, and his brother, New York governor Nelson Rockefeller, pushed hard for the project, insisting it would benefit the entire city.

During the early years, various governmental organizations became key tenants of the World Trade Center, including the State of New York. It was not until the 1980s that the city's perilous financial state eased, after which an increasing number of private companies—mostly financial firms tied to Wall Street—became tenants.

Moreover, the trade center's "superblock," which replaced a more traditional, dense neighborhood, was regarded by some critics as an inhospitable environment that disrupted the complicated traffic network typical of Manhattan. For example, in his book The Pentagon of Power, the technical historian Lewis Mumford denounced the center as an "example of the purposeless giantism and technological exhibitionism that are now eviscerating the living tissue of every great city." On the other hand, Mr. Yamasaki saw the expanse as a focal point of serenity amidst the chaos of the city. The twin tower's narrow office windows, only 18 inches wide, were also disliked by many for impairing the view from the buildings. This design element reflected on Yamasaki's fear of heights and desire to make building occupants secure with narrow windows.

the FBI confiscated a hotel security camera video that showed the attack on the Pentagon. It's not known if that tape is being released.

Who cares about the hotel security video, they have already released video of the plane hitting the Pentagon.

The first link has information that is just made up and uses incorrect information. I thought you said you don't watch YouTube videos where they just make up there own information, the second link is a YouTube video that is just full of made up "facts" and then they use incorrect science and experiments to prove they are right. You can't take the information truthers provide as gospel, they have an agenda. I think the research you say you did was only digging deeper through truther propaganda, I don't think you ever looked through information provided by people interested in the actual truth.

May be with all the "stuff" being said over this and that, Bin Laden would have been better off to go with his original plans and hit the UN building.

THAT would have been a MUCH better target. The "Useless Nuts" (UN) is one of the biggest problems in the world today. They need to just go away.

Oddly enough if he would have attacked the UN he would have had support from a lot of non Muslims.

WHY HIDE THEM or is it they have something to hide ?? oh thats right you believe in what a cartoon says so you will believe what ever a crook says too ,
2+2 = 4 not 3 or 5 and that is what they are doing telling you the answer is 3 or 5 .

please tell me how you know which facts are made up and which one are not . and now you are a scienctist and know that they used incorrect science and experiments and you are a truck driver . boy if you were so smart dont you think you would try to make more money and have a easier job .

how can they make up the videos ?? and if they can why cant the government make up stuff tooo ???

did you read all that i posted . or did you skip over it because it is to hard for you to think about it all . and you may see that there maybe a cover up .

It's actually very easy to tell. The facts are actual facts, and the ones that are made up are made up facts, drawn from conclusions based on assumptions and straw man arguments engineered to fit a preconceived idea, and then passed off as fact.

and now you are a scienctist and know that they used incorrect science and experiments and you are a truck driver . boy if you were so smart dont you think you would try to make more money and have a easier job .
As you should know by now, expediting contains people from all walks of life and vocations. There is certainly no shortage of pseudo-lawyers on the CB and at truckstops, but in expediting there are real, actual lawyers... with law degrees and everything. Same with scientists and pretty much every other occupation you can think of. While there are a lot of stupid and ignorant truck drivers out here, it's not a requirement that you turn in all of your knowledge and intelligence in exchange for a CDL. You are allowed to retain use prior your knowledge and experience even as a truck driver.

As far as science, you don't even have to have been, or currently be a scientist to understand the scientific method. A basic high school education does that, provided you paid attention in class. The scientific method of developing a theory and then testing it by observation and experiment, and then adjusting the theory to fit the results, is very exacting and not open to interpretation. The scientific method is also often laborious and slow and not conducive to quick conclusions. When you open it up to interpretation and are looking for quick answers, you see illusory correlations between cause and effect that are not there, you start making assumptions, and you draw conclusions based on those assumptions, and then pass them off as fact. This is known as Junk Science. It's sloppy and shoddy pseudo-science performed for a predetermined goal. The lifeblood of "human-induced Climate Change" and most conspiracy theories, especially the 911 theories, is that of Junk Science. "I believe the government orchestrated 911, therefor I'm gonna prove it, no matter what, dammit!"

All of the wild hair allegations about 911 use Junk Science to support it, and they have all been factually and scientifically refuted by real, actual science. And that's where the problem lies with the Kool Aid drinkers (and you know who you are) who want so badly to believe the government orchestrated a conspiracy, and are now blackmailing and paying of tens of thousands (and counting) of people to keep it quiet, that they will embrace the sloppy Junk Science and dismiss the real, actual science as being part of the conspiracy. These are people who are easily duped and manipulated, because they will dismiss the truth in favor of a belief.

OK from your answer I now know you have done no research of your own, I was just checking to see if you were intelligently researching a subject or just repeating what you read. If you bothered to check into the subject at all instead of reading information from outdated truther websites you would know the security video was released quite some time ago. Still haven't even bothered to watch South Park? Why not? I have given you the choice to look at things from another view but you refuse, I watched the videos you posted to see what they were about and I know the cartoon is based in fact which truther sites are not.

I know what facts are made up by watching their experiments and having a basic understanding of physics from school. On top of the fact that people much smarter than myself have gone through the science and shown it to be made up. I enjoy my job that is why I do it, I made decent money at my previous job but I hated it. I do plan to use my college courses in the future but not right now, I need to earn money first.

how can they make up the videos ?? and if they can why cant the government make up stuff tooo ???

What do you mean how can they make up videos? It's simple they throw around a bunch of made up facts and science and say it is true, then they let people spread the garbage to others that will not do their own research. I think the government is pretty inept and are likely to make things up. Oh wait you wouldn't understand I don't believe everything they say because you haven't watched the show.

I read what you said and viewed the links that is why I am responding to what you post without throwing in random things. I am not sure why you keep throwing in examples of things that have nothing to do with the topic. Blackmail??? It really makes it seem like you have nothing else to back up what you are saying so you just throw in a fact here and there to make your statements look credible, which interestingly enough is exactly the tactics used by truthers.

keep drinking the koolaid

The only person drinking the Kool Aid is you. You have done no research of what independent groups have found, you fell for what the truthers have said and never tried seeking out your own opinion. I know what the truthers say and how they operate because I looked into what they had to say and found it to be garbage, it is my own view not one given to me.

I learned a long time ago there are people in the middle East, far East, south East, north east, West. South & North smarter then I am.:p Hasn't bothered me a bit.

Your premise is flawed (which isn't a surprise), as I was not there and did not witness it. I didn't even see it live on television, because at the time of the pancaking I was on a plane which flew out of NY that morning. But I do know math, and I do know physics, and I know the difference between illusory corollary, assumption, and the truth. I'll put the truth (and my nuts) right there on the line, provided the conspiracy theorists do the same, which means leaving assumptions and flawed conclusions behind, or risk getting hammered themselves.

My statement stands: We already do know the real story. It's just that some people will never believe it, and choose to believe the amazing and astounding instead. The reason we have lost so many liberties since 911 is, ironically, because so many people believe it and are scared by the conspiracy theories.

Truth is subjective. Your truth may differ from someone else's truth. And for you to say your truth is better, or right to an absolute certainty, you have to have some serious balls... or be a moderator.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not a truther (nice label know-it-alls give to people who don't agree with them). But I would never put it past certain people in the government, if it furthers their plans.

Truth is subjective? You mean like "2+2=4" is open to debate? That's like saying "the square root of three equals two for large values of three." <snort>

No, truth is not subjective. You're confusing "truth" and "belief" (or perhaps "theory"). Your belief may differ from someone else's belief, but the truth is the truth, regardless of what you believe.

Truth does not change because it is, or is not, believed by a majority, or even a minority, of the people. The prevailing belief doesn't make something true. The fact that you believe something, and that others also believe it, doesn't make it true. In order for it to be true, it has to actually be true.

Don't get me wrong. I'm not a truther (nice label know-it-alls give to people who don't agree with them).
Dare I say "not true"? They are called "truthers" because they confuse "belief" and "truth", and think that because they believe it, therefor it is true, and no amount of real, actual truth will convince them otherwise. They label their beliefs as truth, hence, truthers. (you get that a lot in religion, too).

But I would never put it past certain people in the government, if it furthers their plans.
I wouldn't put it past them, either. But that doesn't make it true, simply because it could happen or because someone believes it did. The truth is, there is no irrefutable evidence to to support it. Beliefs, no matter how strongly they are believed, is evidence of nothing.

You don't have to be a moderator or have serious balls to accept the truth. Where you need the serious balls is when confronted with accepting the truth when it shatters your beliefs. Because when you dismiss the truth in favor of a lie, you're just impotent.

The truth is well, the truth and will always be an absolute and is not open for debate. I don't believe truther is name calling, I have not researched it but I was thinking they started calling themselves this since they were seeking the "truth". I was telling the other member to watch that South Park episode because the show was about finding out who was responsible for 9/11. Along the way they found out that it was Muslims but the government was running all the truther websites to make people think they were in complete control of all the sheeple. It was a different view of the the situation rather than it was the government or it was Muslims. As I pointed out he clearly has no interest in the truth, he heard someone say the government did it and sought out evidence to prove it.
