We boil the tomatoes down, bottle them and then boil 40 minutes in jar which also seals them
Interesting. You don't boil jars and covers before canning?

Actually, all our guys are easy. That's why they are with us. We aren't too high maintenance, and they aren't high maintenance. We're not anyone's "forever carrier", but we just want to work it as good as we can for all of them as long as we have them. Grass gets greener eventually. That's life.
