I am more than positive there was a thread posted on here not too long ago about Virginia pulling in vans, DOT'ing them, etc.Cubes, are sometimes hard to determine which have to go into scales, and which do not, being the "GVW rating is so spread out. Some yellow Penske vans are under 10,000 gvw, and some are not.And there are a few regular cubes out there that are under 10,000 gvw as well.when I say "Cube", I mean, and am referring to dual rear wheel small box trucks.Spartan body vans,
(single rear wheel vans) are much easier to determine, being easily identified as such by the obvious single rear wheel, which usually have a gvw rating under 10,000 gvw.even though they have a dual rear wheel suspension and axles under them.Basically, most Spartan body vehicles are a cube, with 2 less rear tires, and badged with a lower gvw rating than a true cube.
