We called to get information about this company, never had a return call or email.

Hmmmm, just joined EO, first and only post and never another sign on or comment. I think some competitor doesn't like us, lol.

We have both company and owner operator tractors in dry van and specialized divisions. It is 67% to the tractor and no charge for the trailers. Our tractors run a combination of expedite and general freight. Generally they are in a 500 mile radius of Detroit in the van division. Specialized covers most of the Eastern half of the US.

While waiting for a load out of Dallas today I did a local run. 12 miles empty. 21 miles loaded. Paid $350 plus $50 FSC. Wouldn't mind doing that everyday.

I've been an owner operator in the expedite business for 20 years. Most of it with one company. Came to Load 1 in February. Everything started off very well and continues to be that way. When someone says, the grass isn't always greener on the other side, that is not always true. Being associated with Load 1 is kind of like a family atmosphere. Everyone knows your name and treats you well. It's nice to be at a company where everyone isn't *****in and complaining all the time. The owner is unlike any other owner I have met. The company is a direct reflection of him.

I am not even contracted to Load One, and can see that from what Mr.Elliot posts on here and from just talking to him as well as Vince.Nicely done, a role model of what others should be.Nicely done.

Suppose that was a dumb question, I looked at your album page and saw a red Freightliner that COULD ONLY BE an O/O...lol.

I should have asked if you have a NEED for O/O's...my bad.

Is there an age limit on your tractors?

I know a few fellas whose 1980's vintage rigs are showroom new looking, and head turners...better than most 5 year old trucks around. Better than most 3 year old trucks! They have a lot of character and chrome.

Forced Dispatch or Non? Your current FSC for tractors?

Do you have a need for dual axle Straights...either twin screw/pusher or tag?

Looked over your web page to find the info....maybe this should be in "ask The recruiter" section. Just saw the thread and thought to ask....you can PM me with specifics as well. I'd be appreciated either way you reply.

Thanks

Non forced dispatch, current fsc varied by customer a bit, but around 20-21%.

Yes sir we can run use some more dual axle straights.

As well on the semi's we would look at older units as long as they are sound and pass inspection in our shop.

Thanks for info, I'll pass it on. Oh, They'll pass a level one anyday of the week....These fellas are crazy for their trucks...in a good way, I love the older trucks when kept up.

Does your SpecDiv use DD's or RGN's by chance?

I'm looking at a KW T800 Twin Screw...Might be able to add Frame without strecthing it out and put a 22 x 102 box on it or make it a FlexVan...the pic is on my album. Haul some heavy robotics outta Auburn Hills in that...

Run Safe out there all...

Right now we have all straights and single drops. Most of them are 53ft air ride curtainsides. We have 6 new trailers coming in the end of the month. One is a dd RGN. We did not put a curtain on it. We also do some robotics on these trailers out of Auburn Hills.
