Delivered our load in Albany, NY. Now sitting at the Pilot. Will head up towards the Philly area in the morning. Have a long weekend off then a load on Tuesday from Philly to L.A.

Slow,for whom,I'm having the best January I've ever had.I've already doubled last years January's numbers and still 2 weeks to go
Thing is one can live or die by Laredo...since most loads are long, an extended wait can be profitable, BUT not too extended...
with most trips being 1200 to 1700 miles ONE load a week will grab ya a cool grand...minus expenses...not too bad for a lowly van driver...

Dropped in Louisville Weds night. Did what i never do and stayed there and waited for a load (i have always gotten good loads out of louisville in the past) after sitting for 72 hours, i called it a week and DH'd home for the long weekend....Still in service and have 1 ahead of me within 100 miles of Toledo...Goin to dinner with my youngest daughter in a while and then hit the hot tub.....
Now at the Petro at Bordentown, NJ. Back in IdleAire so I can watch football. Had a very good week, back at it hard Tuesday, Philly to L.A. Will be another good week.

Landed in Jefferson City MO early this AM after delivering at O-dark 30. Slept at a Walmart for several hours, did some shopping and lunch, then headed to Bolivar MO to see grandbabies. Oh, and daughter (and son-in-law, too). Last here at Thanksgiving when one of the twins took a first step. Now they're running around like crazy. Fun to see and play with them. This is surely the best perc of this kind of work. Now I just need a load going a little closer to my mother in Oklahoma. She's feeling a little lonely, I think. Also has a chore waiting for me to show up and take care of, too.

Delivered load in Kansas City last night, went to Petro in Oak Grove and got some sleep. This morning made a dead run to St. Louis to get my mail and pay a bill or 2 then went to Wallyworld for a few things. Now sitting in Rochelle Il, will run the rest of the way to Rockford in the morning looks like I will be number 5 out of Rockford on Monday

I go to Laredo, cuz usually I do really well ouuta here!!! Its just been slow down here in Laredo this past week...But hey I've met up with some amazing people and am quite happy even though im sittin....COME JOIN THE PARTY DOWN HERE YA'LL....
