JJB, b 4 u hitch up the mule and plow, question? I havea limb off a snowball bush, have no idea what the 50 dollar word for it is, but I want to get it growing asap. Do i put it in a water bottle or put it in a pot and water and hope?

there's a product called Rootone...dip the end of the branch in that and put it in a good potting soil. I'd use the Miracle Grow soil that holds water really well. I've also been successful with starting things in a glass of water and that way you can see when the roots form.

Or dig up a root from the bush...that's usually preferable on bushes and plant that.

JUst got in from picking another dishpan full of tomatoes..and getting tired of making salsa...so I asked the boss what he wanted and he put his order in for some stewed tomatoes so that's what I'll make tomorrow.
