When you want a bowl of collard greens, simply take them out of the freezer and add some water and bacon fat and simmer slowly..so good! Then I made some garlic mashed potatoes out of the yukon gold and oh man were they scrumptious! I should have enough peas in the next few days to shell and freeze...already had some with some romaine and buttercrunch lettuce ..made an excellant salad.
