Good Morning, everyone.

It's pom-pom time.

Friday was a special day in many ways, as the blessings just poured upon me in many little ways.

I was getting worried as last week progressed, as slow as it was, that it was going to be a dud of a week. Last week and the week before were set aside for Christmas gifts this year.Understand that this is the first year in many that I have actually been able to do this, gifts for the whole family, with bills being paid in advance as well.

As the day progressed, I was getting more and more bummed out.Instead of keeping my faith things would work out.Than it all changed at 4pm with a call from Larry. A Load from Mi to McAllen, tx....First time in a year since I have been there, or had a load of that size. Was able to keep my bed, and it had close to 3.5 days run time.Unloaded close to day early.Nobody else down here, not even a yellow penske van! So, now I am hoping that I can get out of here and get back up north in time for Christmas. If it happens, great! But if not, cards will have a gift card in them, and they will be over nighted back home in time for Christmas morning, I hope!

So, yes, God and Load One have really come through and blessed me when I was thinking the worst. My bad.A lesson learned.
