I forgot..heaven be anyone these days knows what thier rights really are....no politician wants that...
Being a Fedex guy isn't bad. It's when they call you an Obama guy that it's insulting and offensive.
suck it up pal....some people make being "offended" a way of life.....LOL
Uh oh...it's gettin' real up in here....
please don't associate me with furniture salesman. I have standards !
I have just about shut off hockey due to the degredation of the product it self.
Second off, the ONLY thing I said about not airing this is I believe it is bad marketing. I never said that they should be FORCED to do anything.
Owned is owned.
Just as well...I hear the hockey pucks taste like Tim Horton's coffee....
Please define good marketing.
Yeah, I ate too many hockey pucks. (played goal from time to time)
The wider kids often make better goalies.
Which is ONE of the reasons I was never good at it. I was skinny beyond belief when I was a kid. When I went into the army I only weighed 125.
Well Hallelujah ...Yes, I do believe they have the choice of airing or not airing what they choose ...
Logical fallacy ... them exercising their choice on what to decline doesn't "counter" one of our rights ...When their choice counters one of our rights ...
Well, yes ... it is different ... but likely not in the way you are thinking ...If they refuse advertising for driving, drinking, gaming, travel or whatever that's different because those are privileges not rights.
No, Tim Horton's coffee is MADE from ground up hockey pucks.
Good marketing? Trying to each as much of the population as possible. Disregarding a significant portion of the population, one that spans all age groups, all races, all genders and is very much a family orientated sport, seems to me to be a bad marketing choice. Assuming they are advertising to make money that is a MASSIVE source of revenue that they are missing out on. That is just my opinion. I don't give a flip beyond that.
Who would've thunk......
Pray tell: whose "colors" do you wear while at work ?Owned is owned.
Well, not to get too technical, but, Advertising is merely one component of Marketing.. It (marketing) involves not only promotion of a product or service but also it's Distribution. You, in fact, are a component of Marketing, as transportation is a component of distribution, one of the four "P''s of Marketing... Your problem is with Advertising itself, not Marketing as a whole...
