Again, you need to show me where in the constitution you believe makes what you are saying true, Ive read it over and over and cant really say they cant do what they are going to do.

It does NOT have to say that they can. It has to say that they can. There is NO WHERE in the Constitution that is says that they can force a citizen to buy anything, therefor they cannot. The 10th amendment says it rather clearly.

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

No where in our constitution does it state that they can require me to buy health insurance. Therefore it is reserved for the State or the people.

You dont think someone went back on the papers archives and looked it up to see if it really was posted about his birth? They did and it was. His birth certificate is also on microfilm in Hawaii, and yes it has been seen also.

And you don't think that anything can be made to look anyway anyone wants it to? I'm not suggesting a conspiracy started way back in 1961, I don't think anyone is, that's just a sideshow started by the left. Anything is possible, especially in this day and age so the best he could do for himself is to release the long form and be done with it. I honestly don't see what the big deal is and as far as expecting him to break the law....you can't be serious!:rolleyes:

And it also states this,

The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

The "mandate" is NOT a tax. It is a mandate with FINES. That is NOT allowed under the Constitution. Show me where the "mandate" is a tax. How is a "fine" a tax?

And there no doubt that even if the long form is released the same things will be said. Again, the long form is on microfilm and has been veiwed by those that needed to see it. Its a non-issue, as greg said, its nothing but people grasping at straws to find anyway to throw him out, but they are going to have to find a better way as this one was put to rest along time ago except for the few

I personally am not looking for a way to throw him out because I believe, as was stated somewhere above, that it would take more than this...I'd just like to know the truth, that's all, just the truth.

Let me ask you this.....Do YOU believe that George W. Bush stole the 2000 election?

Who decides who "needs" to see it? The "People" are the ultimate power in this country. The president and the congress are EMPLOYEE's of the PEOPLE. That Putz HAS to answer to his employers. Those bums in Washington have forgotten just who is in charge in this country and it ain't them!!!

Yes it surely does but the supreme court in the 19th century also said they can not directly tax the individual. This took another amendment to clarify that.

Nevertheless the constitution does not allow the federal or state government mandating an individual to buy insurance or any thing else. This has nothing to do with auto insurance that many think can be used as something to prop up the health care insurance mandate. You purchase auto insurance under the guise of protecting others, not yourself. You have a form liability insurance which is used to protest the general population from your inability to pay for damages you cause. They can do that as part of the privilege to drive.
