Again, you need to show me where in the constitution you believe makes what you are saying true, Ive read it over and over and cant really say they cant do what they are going to do.
It does NOT have to say that they can. It has to say that they can. There is NO WHERE in the Constitution that is says that they can force a citizen to buy anything, therefor they cannot. The 10th amendment says it rather clearly.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
No where in our constitution does it state that they can require me to buy health insurance. Therefore it is reserved for the State or the people.
