You might also consider changing carriers. If your in service that much, and have not had major expenses with truck maintenance it could be that you and your carrier are not a good fit. That is not bashing your present carrier, whats good for some may not be good for you.

The limiting thing is your lowest rated item, in this case it is your axle. The tires capacity is X2, but in this case the 12000 lb. axle is the lowest. A solution would be to add a third axle. (drop axle)

I think it would be helpful to know what your planning to do with it. If you are going to expedite with it who will you run for? With a 24 foot cargo box you limit your sleeper size, but gain some in what loads you can carry. Can't go wrong with a KW married with a Cummins.
