Another dumb question.. I've heard a few of you lately, mentioning price of diesel over there is $5+ per gallon.. but the thingy at the top of the EO header is still saying $4.70.. Is this just becuz the header hasn't been updated, or is it an average all over the USA, or.. ?

The reset is 36 here, but I was wondering if downtime is required even tho a reset might never be required becuz on duty time is never maxed out. Seems kinda ridiculous.
