Well, not necessarily, becuz I believe you are allowed to drive a CMV if you have 'type 2' diabetes (which is the kind you can tend to get due to lifestyle choices). Has anyone considered that perhaps he fell asleep at the wheel from just being tired?

If this is the case, he may well have been aware since he refused a urine test. They did take his blood however. Maybe he has internal injuries from the crash. Who knows. Anyway, very sad. Weird, no mention of his kids visiting.

Spend the weekend looking into your lemon laws.. I remember reading something about.. so many visits to the repairshop for a certain thing.. they can't fix it.. it's deemed a lemon.. As well as counting to 10 repeatedly, and taking deep breaths of course :eek:

That stinks! So I guess you must choose the dealer wisely, yet how are you supposed to know which ones know their stuff??!!

I shouldn't be asking this becuz I know nothing about how these things work, or at least, how they are supposed to work, but when this happened, wouldn't the manufacturer step in to resolve this problem between repairers, to make sure their customer is covered and their reputation is intact...
