We decided to start "cleaning up our chrome" while waiting for the "beep"....boy our chrome is in terrible shape. While working hard, we did get the beep! Yippee!!!!
Hmmm....pick up in TX (we're in MO) then head to Canada...run the numbers, it pays....sooooooooo
We're off to see the...
Standing on the lid? Oooookkk....is that so that they can P in the sink?
We must be strange...one ditty bag for ALL our stuff...shampoo, conditioner, razors, cologne, deodorant, powder, nail brush, toothpaste, tooth brushes etc.
So many times, when getting the truck washed, we are in a hurry so we don't take the time to let it dry and see "what comes up". We've had great washes at the Blue Beacon, Iowa 80, and Eagle. We've also had TERRIBLE washes at all the above.
It seems to depend on who is washing, how well they...
 YIKES Scuba! I don't think I could handle THAT much negativity in my daily life!
I almost come to the point that I avoid other Panther drivers because it's a rare thing to find one that isn't complaining about miles, money, the color of the sky etc etc
Yes, we purchased air tabs for this truck. We haven't gone to the extreme that GottaGo has, but we've thought about it. We're in a Western Star and that "billboard" out front isn't exactly wind friendly.
We love them. They have increased the visibility to the rear, and they keep the...
Although with Panther, our pay is broken out, we also don't quibble about what that entails. That being said, if the load requires extras, because of our pay system, we do verify that they will be paid before we take the load. We look at the total pay, and if it's profitable, we take it...
Shooter....Tell that young nephew of yours that we are thankful for his service. When our son was over there I was a nervous wreck. He was an MP with the 82nd Airborne 2001-2005.
Now, he's a Deputy down in Collier County, FL.
I'd like to see split speed limits go away, but what I would really like to see happen is the speed limits ENFORCED equally for all.
I hate driving in CA because the speed difference is so great that 4 wheelers are zipping around your truck like ants on pie.
55/70 mph is DANGEROUS!
Phil, I believe you are saying, that you are being compensated, for what ever the load requires when you accept the load?
If I remember correctly, with FDCC, doesn't break out extra "pays" for a load, it's a straight amount and the driver figures out if it is profitable or not. Is this correct?
