MATS - Where are you?
MATS 2013 - 42 years of the largest heavy-duty trucking event in the world, impossible to see in one day much less three. Bring good walking shoes and a plan of who and what you want to see. There is also a show after the show over in the Papa Johns parking lot. There is an expedite area with drivers grilling, playing games, and networking. There are several charities that will be serving meals,
auction, concert, pet contest and the list goes on.
We have a lot going on this year and much of our time will be spent in the Freightliner booth in the south wing. Hard to miss as the booths are all right there when attendees walk in the front doors. There will be lots of trucks in the booth, lots of people in the booth, an area to sign up for Team Run Smart, and also the "Pro's" will be available to answer questions.
In the mornings before the show starts and after the show closes we will be over in the Papa Johns parking lot helping in the Freightliner hospitality tent and also talking about trucks. Henry Albert's 2014 Cascadia Evolution and our truck will be on display in this area. While we are there we will be giving tours of our truck and sleeper. We will also be helping to get people registered for Team Run Smart.
While we are in the parking lot at Papa Johns we will talk
about our truck and also the many features our truck has such as: OnSpot
Automatic Chains, Real Wheels wheel covers, Takata Lane Departure Warning
System, and of course our Cascadia truck and Bolt Custom Trucks Sleeper.
We will also field questions on
Expediting.
There are free shuttles that
run back and forth to the convention center.
On Sunday morning for the past several years many of us have went over to Cracker Barrel for breakfast usually about 8:00 in the morning. All are welcome and the more the merrier.
