Fuel for Thought
Slow Trickle
So slow I’m photographing people in Walmart parking lots. At this Louisville Walmart, I thought people had stopped to purchase firewood. Turns out the car is the wood hauler making a delivery to their store front (the truck with a flat tire).
Half empty, half full; regardless, I keep my glass under the spigot to catch whatever flows. It isn’t really that slow for a January. I’ve had slower winter freight that turned out to be great years. I use winter to remind me why I run a debt-free operation.
The week started in Nashville, Tennessee. Then Louisville, Kentucky. Columbia, South Carolina, and I sit in Wytheville, Virginia after delivering yesterday. That’s a decent thousand miles to close the month.
