What Carrier Really Cares about it O/O?

To get my Vote the carrier 1. shouldnt worry how many loads a truck has had in the week or how much money the truck has made that given week. If the truck is willing to work, calls in wanting work even if they got a load 3 days away like pick up on a monday but here its friday & vice sitting all weekend they call and tell the Carrier to give them some work. If the Carrier does then they got my vote. Chess is a cival game Check mate!
