You're making a very strong case for the term "homophibia".
Actually the terms "human being", "baby", and "born" are terms that have been defined exactly as they currently are for a really long time, far longer than Congress has existed. Nothing has been redefined. But there are people trying to redefine them so as to fit their own religious morals. The history of abortion is one you should look into, as well as when the religious folks got involved in trying to force their views on the matter.
I hadn't brought up the issue of gotry and homophobia, a concept invented to legitimize gotry.
As for the terms, we're fought that battle before. The end of it was when I said a fetus is a baby at a specified stage of development, and you said it wasn't. So I posted a dictionary definition, two of which agreed with me. You replied that it was probably one of those wiki-dictionaries that anyone could edit, but it wasn't; two or three of the citations were well-known and respected dictionaries. I don't remember if I have that app on my phone or not. I had a different phone back then.
