The Trump Card...

The indictments list the charges. Read the indictments to learn what he is guilty of.

Important Note: Technically, Trump is not guilty. In court, he is innocent until proven guilty. In court, Trump is rightfully entititled to the presumption of innocence. But I am not a juror or judge in these cases. I am a member of the public. In the court of public opinion, I deem him guilty of the charges made in the indictments. And I am confident the courts will agree as these cases play out.
The “charges” and potential “charges” are concocted b.s.: Criminalizing a NDA, criminalizing the PRA, charging him for inciting a riot, when he told the crowd to go peacefully and patriotically and recommended added security. Voicing his opinion about voter fraud is now a crime according to the Left. Rounding up seniors for trying submit Contingent Electors as was precedent in 1960 presidential race in Hawaii.
The Left have lost their collective minds. They should please seek psychiatric help.

Yes, twice acquitted by the US Senate impeachment hearings. But those are not the recent court cases I am talking about. In those (Carroll, Brtagg, Smith, James), Trump has lost every issue he has raised in court.
All done in DC and NY with Clinton and Obama judges and 95 percent Democrat.

Just remember the Democrats HAD to change the statute of limitations law in new York state to go after trump....and allow a woman to accuse and sue trump for a 35+ year old memory of a supposedly rape and assault.
That was a civil trial that was brought to court by a citizen who said she was harmed by Trump. Does he deserve immunity for all of his past transgressions just because he was president?

He seems to think so but the court disagreed. In the current Carroll case, the judge ruled that presidential immunity does not apply.

True. But that does not matter. What matters is the law and the facts, which is why Trump lost. In these cases, the law and the facts are not on his side. It does not matter how often you label certain courts, prosecutors, juries, etc. "Democrat." Trump continues to lose these battles. He's begun to lose them in red-state Florida too, in the trial Trump-appointed Judge Cannon presides over. That's for the same reason. It's not the party label that applies. It's the law and the facts.

Keep rationalizing that it’s all proper. It is not.

When is DeSantis dropping out of the race? He’s at 13 percent now and battling it out with Vivek. He set himself back 10 years by running now.

Looks like they’r moving towards an impeachment inquiry of Biden for his shakedown of other countries and putting it in shell companies to benefit family members.

The case never would have been allowed but new York had to change the statute of limitations law......funny it's only to go after trump.

The fact that Democrats had to change a law to then go after trump says a lot....and you condone it.

I condone it? Are you not reading my posts? Are you not grasping the words? I explicitly do the opposite. I do not condone it. I condemn it.

If I turned off a light, would you insist the light was on because I was the one who turned it off?

Trump’s first impeachment was just about Dems covering up what Joe and Hunter were doing shaking down Ukraine. The truth is coming out now.
