Proffers can have more than one use. ( Both former federal prosecutors)

I heard Rudy talking about this today on Greg Kelly's radio show. They were getting a good chuckle out of the "news" media talking heads saying Rudy is "flipping" on Trump. Rudy said that is news to him because any information he had would be EXCULPATORY to Trump. Meaning, proving his innocence, which we already knew. "Walls closing in" or something.

If the Democrat DOJ is so confident of its case, they should welcome a balanced or even conservative leaning jury. If Trump were convicted by such a jury it be much more convincing to GOP voters of his guilt. And if pigs had wings, they could fly.

They always want the cases in DC or NY. Or some other heavily Democrat area. They want the home field advantage, home crowd( heavily Dem jurors) and refs.( Leftist judges that hate Trump)

The judge has called for an anonymous jury, which means only the judge will know who the jurors are. That should help with keeping them safe but make jury selection even harder for the prosecution in these red counties.

Correction: after re-reading the article from ASU News it was referring to one of his Civil trials. That's not the case with the trial in FL, although it wouldn't be a bad idea. I'm surprised the Trump lawyers haven't requested it.

I dont think they would be allowed to ask that during jury selection.
They have ways of finding out. At least get a very good idea. They can ask where they get their news. If they’re looking for a possible Biden supporter and anti Trump then CNN or other “legacy” Leftist media outlets would be a strong indicator. With Trump’s supporters, it would be Newsmax, Real Americas Voice. and to some degree Fox News.

Well there is about a zero chance of a conviction in this case, all it takes is one Trump worshipper to make it on the jury, his (or her) mind is already made up before any of the evidence is shown.

I’ve also been told that Trump has fair trials in areas that heavily voted Democrat( and hate Trump)

That’s if they can get a Trump voter on the jury. Prosecutors have a lot of resources and methods to exclude who they want on juries. If the area is over 70 percent upwards into the 90’s that voted for Biden. ( like Trump has dealt with) then it’s a slam dunk for them. If those same numbers voted for Trump then it would be more difficult for prosecutors to exclude them all.

Also another point, Biden had areas that voted over 90 percent for him. Trump had high percentages in some areas, but nothing like 93 percent that happen to be potential jury pools. So those extremely high numbers for Biden indicate a worship for the Democrat party at least, right?

Most of the Trump worshippers I have seen are Democrats, for some delusional reason, they think Trump was sent to save them. Trump supporters on the other hand are mostly Republicans. Im not saying that is the way it always is, just the ones I have interacted with.
