The Trump Card...

With that being said, the ONLY reason I didnt vote for him was because of his attitude, I dont care if he were to have eliminated taxes, brokered world peace and cured cancer, he is a horrible person and would not have received my vote.
I have several friends - lifelong Republicans, political and fiscal conservatives - that have the same reasoning. It doesn't matter to them how well he performed as POTUS or how many positive accomplishments he had while in office. They didn't vote for him in '20 and won't vote for him in '24 because they personally don't like him. So once again, they'll stay home on election day, content to allow an arrogant, corrupt dotard like Joe Biden to be re-elected.

There are untold numbers of voters with this same mindset; this is why he lost in 2020, and will likely lose again in '24 if he's the GOP nominee.

I just heard Mark Mitchell from Rasmussen polls saying Trump is up on Biden by a few points at least. And also there are a lot of Biden voters who are saying they would vote for Trump in 2024.

There's obviously some voters' remorse from people that voted for Biden thinking he would be a reasonable moderate. Of course the media won't report on that.

Again, Trump is Ordered to Pay the Expenses of His Frivolous Lawsuit

This is delightful to see. A judge tossed out Trump's frivolous lawsuit against the New York Times. And he ordered Trump to pay all attorney fees, legal expenses and associated costs.

This is not the first time this has happened. Trump's days of using the courts to harass his enemies and make political statements seem to be coming to an end. It seems the courts are no longer willing to tolerate Trump's frivolous lawsuits.

Jan 6 is Coming Into Clearer and Clearer View

"With Thursday's criminal convictions of five Proud Boys, including leader Henry 'Enrique' Tarrio, a third jury has stamped history’s judgment on January 6 as an organized, violent uprising meant to overturn the 2020 election. In courtrooms, it’s now established beyond a reasonable doubt that the Capitol siege was not spontaneous, but rather a planned assault by force on our democracy. ...

"In less than half a year, juries have rendered three sets of guilty verdicts — 10 in total — for seditious conspiracy. The crime means that two or more people agreed 'to try to overthrow... or to destroy by force the Government of the United States ... or [its] authority ... or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of [its] law.' ..."

I don't know the answer to your question. One thing we do know is Trump contributed NOTHING to help these people with their legal expenses.

That might be part of the reason why only a tiny few people showed up to protest when Trump recently called for people to do so.

Because if he did Democrats would then say he was behind it along even louder.

What Will the Judge Do With This?

The judge in the Carroll lawsuit has twice warned Trump about his social media posts regarding the trial and it's participants. Just now, news broke that Trump made remarks to reporters in Ireland which include:

“It’s a disgrace that it’s allowed to happen,” he added. “It’s false accusations against a rich guy, or in my case, against a famous, rich and political person that’s leading the polls by 40 points.”

“I have to go back for a woman that made a false accusation about me, and I have a judge who is extremely hostile,” Trump continued. “And I’m going to go back, and I’m going to confront this. This woman is a disgrace, and it shouldn’t be allowed to happen in our country.”

It seems to me Trump has just laid himself open to a contempt finding by the judge. We'll see how the judge responds.

Also, the flash bangs that were lobbed by police into the crowd who were just milling around. It’s on tape.
