After being with Robert's Express/ FedEx Custom Critical since 1995 it's time to move on. I would like to say thanks to all the people at FedEx Custom Critical that we worked with over the years. I wish all the drivers and staff at FedEx the best. Keep up the great work.

Going to Panther, we live in Seville, Ohio where Panthers home office is. Just time to move on. The choice was made last week. I will still manage a few trucks at FedEx, but it was time to try something new thats all.

It is funny how many people have never noticed the arrow. Very nice subtle marketing tool as I am sure it was not an accident.

Roberts Express/FedEx has always been a great company. I just wanted to do some different things that I couldn't do at FedEx that our drivers can now do with Panther. It's no knock to FedEx, our drivers wanted to move to Panther.

Went to day one of orientation and was really impressed with how things are ran. I love the touch screen C-link and the paperless logs. I was really impressed with everything. Getting 100% of the FSC is nice too.

Getting 100 percent of the FSC rather than part of it has been a real deal deal breaker for many.
I have yet to see or hear a reasonable justification as to why a carrier would keep part of it.

Dave next time you see me, hit me up side the head for not going sooner. I'm totaly blown away by the touch screen C-link with GPS built into the system that Panther will be rolling out soon. I am so impressed with this company and they really have everything for the drivers and the owners to make money. I don't know what some people have been told about Panther, but if it's bad they are way wrong. I seen it for myself, the drivers can come in to the home office relax in the drivers room that has showers and washer and dryers all free.

Panther makes you feel wanted.
